About Me
Madison and Dane County have shaped who I am. I have biked our trails, studied our policies, and organized alongside my neighbors to make our communities stronger. I hope to earn the chance to give back as your County Board Supervisor.
Raised by a public school teacher and a family that put community first, I learned to stand up for others and that creating change starts close to home. When I came out as trans and nonbinary in 2016, the fight for inclusion became even more personal and I found my voice organizing for LGBTQ+ rights. At UW–Madison, where I graduated in 2022, I was elected to lead the student government and worked to develop support systems for students in the wake of the pandemic, including a new program for mental health professionals to respond to crises.
Since 2018, I have organized for city and county government campaigns across Madison, including serving as campaign manager for an alder campaign. From 2022 to 2025, I worked on Senator Tammy Baldwin’s re-election campaign, where I organized donations, ensured compliance with campaign finance laws, and led the effort to unionize our staff with IBEW Local 494, securing our first union contract. These experiences showed me that organizing for justice and building a strong democracy are not abstract ideas. They are the foundation of a community where everyone can thrive.
I am running for County Board Supervisor because I believe in the power of community and local government to bring people together and deliver change on issues like cost of living and sustainability. I care deeply about our city and county and the people who make it work. My commitment is to show up, listen closely, and fight for a county government that serves every neighborhood and every resident with care and respect. I believe that when we show up for each other, we can build a stronger and more inclusive Dane County. I am ready to get to work, and I hope to earn your vote for District 1 Supervisor on June 17th.
